Venue & Travel Information

This year you will be able to collect your Congress badge at the Pre-Congress party. You will just need one badge for both events. Please keep your badge and bring it to the Congress.

For those not attending the Party, you will be able to collect your badge onsite on the morning of the Congress as usual.

Please note, we do not permit badge sharing or re-printing, so please look after your badge throughout the event.

For security reasons, and as a courtesy to other delegates, please ensure that you wear your badge at all times. Attendees not wearing their badge will be stopped by security.

Anyone registered for the Congress is automatically registered for the Pre-Congress Party. Please note that anyone registered with a ‘party only’ pass will not be able to use this badge to enter the congress on Thursday.

Business Attire

This year we will be arranging a number of buses from the below locations to transport delegates to and from Hacienda El Vizir for the pre-congress party. These buses will have limited seating and we cannot guarantee there will be space for everyone so please arrive early to get a spot.

Bus pick up and drop off times are subject to traffic on the day and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that the bus journey time to Hacidena El Vizir will range from between approx. 25 mins – 45
minutes, depending on traffic and which stop you get on at in the city centre.

Please ensure that you contact the appropriate visa authorities in plenty of time to check requirements. If you do require a visa invitation letter, we are happy to provide this.

PLEASE NOTE: A visa invitation letter, if requested from Invisso will only be issued once payment has been made.
