Annalaura Capuano is a Director in charge of Covered Bonds and SSAs Strategy. Prior to joining UBS in 2026, Annalaura held a similar position in Barclays, in Frankfurt, since 2023. She worked in the investment industry since 2017, beginning her career at AllianzGI in Frankfurt in the Global Graduate Program, and in 2019 as Associate Portfolio Manager in Fixed Income for Insurance and Regulated Clients, before joining the Euro Rates Team at AXA IM, Paris as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, in 2022. She is business fluent in 4 languages and earned a Bachelor in Mathematics from the University of Rome, La Sapienza and a Masters in Mathematical Finance and Actuarial Science from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.
