Anne-Laure de Saqui de Sannes is Head of Financial Solutions at Groupe BPCE, where she leads the structuring and delivery of funding and liquidity solutions to support the group’s balance sheet strategy. She plays a key role in enhancing funding efficiency and broadening access to diversified capital market instruments. Anne-Laure has over 20 years of experience within Groupe BPCE, with deep expertise across portfolio management, financial engineering and wholesale funding. Prior to her current role, she led Portfolio Management for the group, overseeing collateral steering, responsible investment issuance and the management of refinancing vehicles. Earlier in her career, she held roles in funding and refinancing, including responsibility for BPCE SFH’s cover pool and the execution of covered bond issuances. She began her career at Capgemini, advising financial institutions on banking and transformation projects. Anne-Laure holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and has completed executive education in transformation and change management at ESCP Business School.
