Chris Ngooi is the head of wholesale funding for DBS Group, responsible for term funding and capital transactions. Before his current role, he was the senior vice president of corporate treasury for DBS Bank’s Hong Kong operations primarily responsible for balance sheet, funding and strategic portfolio management. He was a seasoned capital markets professional with experience spanning covered bonds, securitisation and structured finance in asset classes across the APAC ex-Japan region. Chris holds a bachelor of commerce degree in accounting and finance from Monash University, Australia.
