Dimitri Bilykh is a senior director in CIBC’s treasury global funding team, responsible for funding programs including covered bonds, asset-backed securities, and structured programs. He has over 16 years of experience in wholesale funding, structured finance and debt capital markets.  Dimitri has led numerous complex transactions, spanning deal execution, program structuring and investor relations. Most recently, he spearheaded the development and launch of CIBC’s HELOC securitisation program, expanding the bank’s secured funding toolkit. He is a CFA charterholder with a masters in financial economics from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.
