Edward Manchester is a senior vice president in Moody’s covered bonds team. Since joining Moody’s in 2000, Edward has performed a range of roles across the structured finance and methodology development groups, with a particular focus on counterparty and legal risks. Before joining Moody’s, he worked as a securitisation lawyer at Clifford Chance. Edward holds a bachelor of laws from King’s College London and a master of laws from Cambridge University.
