Jane Soldera is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Ratings’ covered bonds team within the structured finance group and has been with Moody's Ratings since 2003. She has been a lead analyst for covered bond ratings in a number of jurisdictions including the UK, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Finland. In recent years she has focused on developing Moody's covered bond legal framework analysis, new markets, regulatory developments, digitization and climate. Prior to joining Moody's, Jane worked as a lawyer for Clifford Chance focusing on securitization. Jane holds degrees in law and commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
