Jil Janssen works at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW) in the Treasury Department, where she is responsible for long-term funding operations, including the planning and execution of transactions ranging from covered bonds to subordinated debt instruments across major currencies worldwide. As part of LBBW’s Funding and Debt Investor Relations team, she also maintains an active dialogue with LBBW’s institutional investors. Jil has five years of experience in debt capital markets. She holds an MSc in International Management from King’s College London, graduating with First Class Honours and receiving the King’s Business School Award for Best Overall Performance in International Management MSc. She also holds a bachelors degree in Media Science and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen.
