Karen Dench is head of markets at Paragon Bank with 15 years’ experience in treasury and capital markets. She has been instrumental in structuring RMBS at Paragon and more recently has led the establishment of the first regulated covered bond programme backed with 100% BTL assets. Karen holds a degree in mathematics from University of York.
