Maria is a Director in the Sustainable Debt Capital Markets team in Barclays, where she advises FIG, Corporate and SSA clients across Europe on Sustainable and Transition finance strategies and transactions. She has over 10 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets, with a particular focus on the origination and structuring of sustainable finance products. More recently, she has expanded her responsibilities to include Covered Bond Structuring for clients across Southern Europe. Maria holds a PhD in Physics from University College London (UCL) and a MSc in Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
