Michael McCormick is head of EMEA DCM advisory at Credit Suisse. He has over 18 years of experience in debt capital markets and manages a team responsible for advising issuers on secured funding, capital and sustainability. Michael is currently a member of the ECBC steering committee and has been active in the covered bond market since 2007, both structuring programmes and marketing transactions for issuers in 21 different countries and across all major currencies. Before joining Credit Suisse in July 2014, Michael was part of the structured finance team at HSBC, where he originated securitisation and covered bond transactions. Michael holds a degree in economics and government from Georgetown University.
