Olivier Eudes is Head of ALM and Financial Markets at SFIL, the parent company of Caisse Française
de Financement Local (CAFFIL), a société de crédit foncier dedicated to financing the French local
public sector. Since 2021, he has served as SFIL Group Head of ALM and Financial Markets. In this
role, he oversees long-term funding issuance programmes (through CAFFIL and SFIL issuances),
treasury management (issuance and investments), the derivatives and hedging portfolio, investor
relations, and overall balance sheet management.
Previously, between 1994 and 2013, Olivier Eudes held various roles in primary fixed-income
markets at several French institutions. From 2013 to 2015, he led the SFIL Group’s funding and
treasury team, and since 2015 he has been Deputy Head of Treasury and Financial Markets. He graduated from the University of Caen with a Master’s degree in Finance.
