Patrick Widmayer, CFA, is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Ratings’ covered bonds team in Frankfurt. He has been a lead analyst for covered bond ratings in a number of jurisdictions including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden and Hungary. Patrick began his career at Moody's in 2006 as a CMBS analyst and returned to Moody's in 2008 to work in the covered bonds team. Between his stints at Moody's, Patrick was an investment analyst in the treasury department at DekaBank. Prior to that, he worked at Ernst & Young in Financial Assurance Services. Patrick studied economics and business administration in Frankfurt and Southampton.
