When Rafael Scholz came to Münchener Hypothekenbank in 2003, he had already gained experience in banking. His professional career began in 1992 with an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank. After several positions, he spent few years as head of derivatives and structured products for another bank. Rafael is a graduate in business administration from the University of Co-operative Education in Stuttgart/Germany. His primary responsibilities include leading several key strategic initiatives for the firm as well as funding activities, liquidity management, debt investor relations and asset liability management within the bank’s Munich based treasury division.
