Toby Fildes is managing director of GlobalCapital, the news and data platform for the primary capital markets. He is also responsible for Global Markets, the daily newspaper of the annual development bank meetings including the IMF-World Bank. Before becoming managing director, he was a journalist and editor, running GlobalCapital's newsroom. Along with senior members of the team, he launched GC Live in October 2023.
