Victor Chaine is responsible for covered bond and SSA trading at ING and is part of ING’s London based financials trading team. With over eight years’ experience in covered bonds and SSAs, Victor has a proven track record in market making - currently ranking 5th on Trax - EUR Covered - and has rebuilt ING's covered trading franchise over the past 3.5 years. He is knowledgeable across products, including bonds and derivatives and is a driver of business and technological developments. Victor is a key part of ING’s bond value chain and a key-contributor to building a platform at ING that fully serves the covered bond market. Before joining ING, Victor worked as a trader at Rabobank in both London and Utrecht. His experience also includes two years as a structured finance/RMBS analyst at Fitch Ratings. Victor holds a MSc in finance from Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a MSc in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
